I hope so, too. He is apparently aggressively challenging the results. He held a press conference today, but I don't know that there is any news.

A stiff drink is what may have raised his testoterone levels.

Jeez. Does cycling have any non-cheaters? I think they suspended a bunch of them before the race. I hope this turns out to a mistake.
