Administration refuses to sit down with Congress
Which is why you have the Senate Majority Leader writing an op-ed on stem cells in The Post basically telling the prez to shove it. This from a guy who usually is afraid of his own shadow. You gotta hand it to the GOPers, I think they'll take whatever road it takes to win, even if it means jettisoning their president. Consensus be damned. I wish the Dems had that kind of attitude.

The worst thing about this program is that the Administration refuses to sit down with Congress to write proper oversight rules. I don't think that the recently announced compromise counts.
